This is a non-staff consultancy (PSA – Personal Services Agreement) based in Abuja, focused on strengthening governance and coordination of the National Food System Transformation Support Facility (NFSTSF).

What you’ll do (highlights)
- Support the National Food Systems Convener to strengthen national and sub-national coordination (working groups, task team, steering committee).
- Build alignment with the Presidential Food System Coordination Unit (PFSCU) and set up information-sharing mechanisms.
- Coordinate zonal stock-takes, state-level monitoring, and inter-ministerial review meetings.
- Track and update dashboards on food systems pathway implementation (government + partners).
- Support institutionalization of food systems financing tracking using the Financing for Food Systems (3FS) framework.
- Develop SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for food systems coordination at federal/state level, plus implementation roadmap.
Minimum requirements (screening)
- Master’s degree in Agriculture, Policy, Economics, Agri-food Systems, or related field.
- 10 years of professional experience in the development sector.
- Working knowledge of English.
- Nigerian national (required).
