Under the auspices of the 25^th Anniversary Celebrations of the College of Health Sciences, University of Ghana, the Noguchi Memorial Institute for Medical Research (NMIMR) is pleased to announce a 3-Day Annual Research Meeting 2025 (ARM 2025). The theme of ARM 2025 is “Advancing Healthcare Through Impactful Research and Innovation”. The Organizing Committee is pleased to invite you to submit abstracts for consideration for presentation at ARM 2025.

Date: November 25 – 27, 2025

Place: TBC

Submitted abstracts will be considered for oral presentations – as talks of 10 – 15 mins integrated into the symposia sessions or for poster presentations. A selection of posters will also be given the opportunity to give speed talks of 2 mins each in special Turbo Talk Sessions.

Accepted abstracts will be published in the ARM 2025 Book of Abstracts and as Meeting Proceedings after the Research Meeting.

Abstract Submission:

Abstracts should contain original data not published at the time of the abstract submission deadline.
The abstract should be in English, and no more than 300 words. Please note that abstracts with more than 300 words will be automatically rejected by the portal and submission will not be complete
The presenting author is responsible for the abstract content. S/he must be the contact person for submission and communication purposes and is also responsible for disseminating information related to the session to co-authors.
The presenting author, by submitting their abstract, agrees to make themselves available during the annual meeting for the presentation, question and answer sessions or the poster tour.
