What you’ll do (highlights)
- Lead FFF programme management in Zambia (annual work plans, budgeting, reporting).
- Manage and support small grants to FFPOs (LoAs/Direct Beneficiary Grants), ensuring FAO compliance.
- Build FFPO capacity (governance, financial management, enterprise development).
- Strengthen partnerships and synergies with national/regional initiatives on landscape and natural resource management.
- Drive Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (participatory M&L framework, dashboards/targets, annual multi-stakeholder review workshop).
- Coordinate communication & visibility (materials, media outreach, documentation of impact stories).
Minimum requirements
- Master’s (or equivalent) in Agriculture, Natural Resources Management, Forestry, Community Development, Social Sciences, or related.
- 8 years experience (agroforestry/natural resource management, programme/grants management, community mobilization).
- English (proficient – Level C).
- Zambian national.
